Ordered a medium, came super healthy and super well packed, with its roots wrapped in spaghnum and the subsequent spagnum wrapped in a wet cloth, and rhe whole thing put in a small plastic bag. Very well insulated against the cold winter temperatures. Highly recommend this plant and this trader :) I'd post photos if I could
