Loyalty program
LOYALTY PROGRAM
I am very grateful for the trust and support of my plant collection and cultivation, which is why I have prepared a special LOYALTY PROGRAM for regular customers, thanks to which shopping at HELDROS will be interesting as usual, but also cheaper.
Create an account, this is the basic step to participate in the program !
Points are awarded according to the following rules :
- For every 1 EUR spent, the customer receives 4 point. (only the value of the order without shipping costs is recalculated)
- For subscribing to the Newsletter, the customer receives 50 points.
- For adding an opinion about the product, the customer receives 10 points (administrator approval required).
- Points can be exchanged for product in next orders.
Sample conversion table:
40 points = 1 EUR discount
100 points = 2,5 EUR discount
400 points = 10 EUR discount
- Eligible points for purchased products will be credited after the order is paid for.
- After each use of points, points are deleted and new points are counted from the beginning.
- Points can be exchanged for products only when shopping in the store, the order must be for a minimum of 15 EUR.
- The number of currently held points can be checked in the Customer Panel after logging in.
- In case of cancellation of the order, points are deducted from the loyalty account.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash back.
- Due to the rounding of the currency conversion, the total score of the points earned for the order will be minus 1 point.
The program is implemented from 05.06.2023 until further notice, about which the administrator is obliged to inform in an e-mail message at least one month before the planned termination or change of the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program.
