Heldros is not responsible for any loss or damages during delivery, all reclamations must be started by customer in they Post Office department.

If You see any damage on the envelope or box please do not open it before You do not start reclamation process with the post office.

All item like seeds and plants can't be returned and refunded due they are live items. Our responsibility for them is ending when we sent them.

We guarantee the perfect condition of our plants when they leave our establishment.

Be remember that some of plants and seeds are very rare and hard to grow and need some experience from grower.
