Delivery
All orders will be delivered by :
Courier - very fast delivery best for plants orders.
Polish Post - option for seeds order (long delivery time)
All orders will be dispatched 1-5 open days after reception of the payment. For Courier delivery they will be send on each Monday only, so if You order late Monday it will be send on next Monday.
For now all live plants can be send only to EU countries.
The plants will be send bare rooted in individual plastic bags or other protection. In these conditions plants can be travel even 2 weeks without any real damage. If there will be any leaf damage, please do not worry , after acclimatization the plants will set new leafs.
Plant passport will be included.
If there will be some broken package, please start reclamation with the post office or courier, all packages are insured.
In the wintertime I send plants above -5 degree C. Buyer will be informed if there will be delay due bad situation with weather.
